Recruitment criteria
1. A person who meets all of the following conditions may become a student of the school:
1.1. Has secondary education (a certificate of completion of a general high school, a supplementary high school or a technical school. In the case of graduation from a foreign school, the document with a sworn translation into Polish)
1.2. Has a health condition that allows you to start learning in the selected profession (medical caregiver) confirmed by a medical certificate confirming the lack of health contraindications for taking up practical vocational training, issued on the basis of art. 5 sec. 6 of the Act of 27 June 1997 on the occupational medicine service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1175)
1.3. He/she will properly submit the recruitment application and provide the required documents on time along with the application for admission to the school
2. How to report

2.2. Provide copies of the required documents together with the originals for inspection at the latest at the first meeting
3. Deadline for submitting documents
3.1. Recruitment in the school year 2022/2023 starts on November 15, 2022 until the limit of places is exhausted.
4. Announcement of results
4.1. The Chairman of the Recruitment Committee informs about the recruitment results in writing in the form of an administrative decision and electronically via the portal.
4.2. The candidate may appeal against the decision of the Recruitment Committee to the School Director within 7 days of its delivery
